JSC Rusatom Smart Utilities is a division of Rosatom State Corporation, which manages nuclear power assets and utility complex (NPUC).

Task

To develop an interactive presentation that will attract visitors to the company’s exhibition, make them spend more time at the stand, and help the stand managers clearly explain about the division's activities.

Solution

The Ariseum team has created the interactive presentation for the touch panel, clearly displaying the desalination complex’s’ capabilities. We have developed 3D models, an animation and info-graphic that the user interacts with to see the mechanism for supplying fresh water to the city infrastructure.

How it works

When the user approaches the touch panel, it shows an animate empty land surrounded by the sea and 3 buttons that display options for installing the desalination complex. The guest clicks on one of the options, and one of the infrastructure elements pops in front of them, such as, a residential complex with fountains and trees, an amusement park, or the area of a factory. When all the elements have built a whole city, the user selects the final stage that builds the structure of the desalination complex, and the plant grows meaning the city receives purified fresh water through illuminated pipes.

Desktop computer and plasma touch panel.

Result

The interactive stand interested a lot of the exhibition’s visitors. They especially liked the diverse and bright animation on the plasma touch panel. The guests noted the realism of each object and the presentation’s dynamism.
