Public company MegaFon is a large telecommunications company that provides cellular services, as well as an amount of related services in this area.

Task

To develop a touch table presentation for the New Year's campaign by MegaFon. The main purpose of the event is to attract the attention of the shopping center visitors to the telecommunications operator so that the guests stay at the stand for a long time and take home a souvenir from MegaFon.

Solution

Together with the creative Agency, we have come up with the "Make Your Own Card" concept from MegaFon. Each participant of the campaign is first photographed with a green background (chromakey), then the outcome photo appears on the touch table. We have programmed an interactive presentation in which you can use intuitive gestures to replace the green background with a New Year's MegaFon style and put on any festive decorations. In addition, we have developed a printing module that outputs the final image to the photo printer, as well as having connected the presentation to social networks, where the user can post the resulting image with the MegaFon hashtags.

How It Works

The shopping center visitors are taken photos against "chromakey", then the photo is sent to the table device, where the participants process their photos by adding amusing attributes by attaching the Santa Claus's beard, getting dressed up, then after having gotten the desired result, either send their pictures for printing or share them via social media directly from the touch table.

Result

During the entire time of the campaign, the visitors who wanted to make a souvenir with their own hands formed a long line to the touch table. Children and their parents enthusiastically decorated their photos and printed Christmas cards from the touch table. The guests of the Campaign posted hundreds of collective family photos in social media.
