NTV is an all-russian national TV channel. It broadcasts 24/7 from Ostankino, Moscow. NTV enters the first multiplex of Russian digital television.

Task

To produce an interactive calendar, which all year round demonstrates video greetings in verse from showmans and media persons of NTV channel.

Solution

ArPoint team proposed to develop the platform of augmented reality consists of mobile app, operating part and web server.

Every day, using the platform, the customer will be able to add video greetings and stylized masks at pages of NTV printed calendar 2022. Also it is possible to schedule the demostration of video.

Users can view the every day greetings in augmented reality by means of mobile app.

How it works

The user downloads the mobile app.

NTVAR, point the device's camera at the calendar and view AR video with applied masks.

Using the administrative part, NTV  employees place any marker images, video greetings and masks. They set time for start and termination of the video broadcast. Administrator is able to divide content between folders in order to provide convenience of working process.

Statistic data of markers scanning as well as functionality of Push notifications is available on the admin panel.
