Task

To animate the image on postcards using AR technology.

Solution

We had programmed a mobile app to view the animated picture of a postcard in AR mode.

How it works

The user downloads the app and points the camera at the card. The picture from the card comes to life. The cat jumps on the bench and catches snowflakes, birds are circling. In the end, the user sees an animated New Year greeting with bright fireworks.

Equipment

Apple and Android devices with iOS 11.0 or higher, and Android 6.0 or higher.

Result

AR cards have become a great addition to New Year's gifts for the company's clients.
