For our permanent partner, we have developed a series of animated videos demonstrating the production processes of Norilsk Nickel.
Customer's background
Norilsk Nickel is the world's largest producer of palladium and one of the largest producers of nickel, platinum, and copper.
Task
To make a presentation for the exhibition, produce video clips showing the processes of gas purification, sulfuric acid production, limestone pulp production, and sulfuric acid neutralization. Add explanations to the video clips and show it on 4K video render.

Solution
As a result of familiarizing with the production processes, our specialists had to make video clips. We developed consistent scenarios for each of them:
- Limestone production process
- Gas purification process
- Pulping process
- Lime milk production process
- Sulphuric acid production process

To illustrate these processes, experts of Ariseum have created models of the washing department, Venturi apparatus, neutralization area, mills, blade, as well as many pipelines and conveyor belts.

To illustrate the powder or liquid materials circulating in production processes, animators simulated the physics of liquid and solid materials, added special effects of steam, color changes and viscosity of the material. Sound designers have produced the sound for each process.

As a result, we displayed five high-quality infographics videos, which were successfully demonstrated at the exhibition stand and in the corporation’s showroom.
