3D models, animations, and VFX for an interactive wall of the "AEM-Technology" company
Ariseum specialists have developed a set of three-dimensional models, animations and special effects for an interactive wall developed for the AEM-Technology Company.
Сustomer's background
The "Engineering Company AEM-technology" JSC belongs to the mechanical engineering division of State Corporation "Rosatom". It is one of the leading Russian companies in the field of power engineering.
Task
To develop three-dimensional models of all the units of the "Atomenergomash" plants in the cities of Volgodonsk and Petrozavodsk, 16 reactor parts that are manufactured at these sites, and the assembled reactor. To develop appearance/disappearance and stand-by animations for all the models and 2D elements of the presentation. To create a set of VFX effects accompanying every interaction of a user with the elements.
What we've provided:
- Thoroughly studied the scope of activities and products of each site
- Wrote a script for the interaction with the presentation, including the animations and infographics
- Rendered several sketches of the two presentations
- Chose an appropriate style of the 3D models and special effects
- Developed the three-dimensional models of all the blocks of two plants
- Developed the three-dimensional models of 16 reactor parts and the assembled reactor.
- Designed the unique textures of the models
- Animated the models according to the script
- Visualized infographics in russian and english
- Wrote shaders and VFX for the objects of the scene
- Rendered the scene in high quality and handled the optimized result to the developers
Solution
When working on the structure of both presentations, we drew up a list of all objects that have to be displayed:
