3D model of Soyuzpishcheprom manufacturing plant and products

Ariseum specialists have developed 3D models and animations for an interactive presentation of the manufacturing plant and products of Soyuzpishcheprom.

Customer's background

Soyuzpishcheprom Association Ltd. is one of the largest food producers, which has been successfully operating on the food market for more than a century (since 1898).

Task

To develop a low-poly 3D model of a newly built manufacturing plant, product packaging models, and a country map for subsequent animation, and integration into the interactive presentation.

What we have provided

  • Studied in detail the reference drawings and images provided by the customer
  • Developed the manufacturing plant and products animation script for the interactive presentation
  • Created and texturized the 3D model of the modern manufacturing plant building
  • Created and texturized the products’ models
  • Built the objects’ animation according to the script
  • Adjusted texture reflections and lighting in the scene
  • Optimized the content for mobile devices

Solution

Our specialists developed the 3D model of the modern manufacturing plant building precisely simulating its look and geometry. The actual factory building is all cladded with mirrored glass, and we had to spend many hours to make the model look like the original and reflect its real surroundings in the glass.

According to the script, the product packages had to emerge from the factory building and scatter throughout the country. For this, our modelers have created a 3D map of the country, marking big cities on it, and a series of the factory's products, like milk packages of different tastes. To achieve a complete match, we took the typographic design layouts of the packaging and applied them as textures on the models.

The animators made the emerge of the plant and the packages flying out of it eye-catching and memorable.

Before using in the mobile app, all geometry and textures were optimized.
