3D models of a football stadium and a surrounding infrastructure

For an AR mobile app that shows a virtual football stadium, we have developed its 3D model.

Task

To develop a prototype of a non-existent football stadium based on the photographs provided by the customer. To design a surrounding infrastructure with roads, and access ways. To model 5 layers of the stadium’s internal parts for its stepwise disassembly.

What we have provided

Solution

Since the customer provided dispersed materials on different stadiums, our specialists ran an additional search for high-quality images. After working out the concept of a non-existent stadium, the most suitable references from all sides were selected and combined into one general picture.

Our specialists worked both the exterior of the stadium and its internal components for their subsequent division into five parts. We planned and worked through the traffic logics and the access ways to the stadium entrances. As well as the parking lot, sidewalks, and everything that could be present in a real-world stadium.

The 3D model was optimized for display on mobile devices and handed over to the customer for its further use.
